Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Mykoon Corporation (collectively “Company”, “we”) collects, stores, uses and protects your information when you use our SPOON website/mobile application (collectively “Service”). This privacy policy constitutes an integral part of SPOON Terms of Service and must be read together with our Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time and you are advised to always keep up-to-date information on how to protect your personal information when accessing the Service provided by us.

  1. 1. INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE SERVICE

    When you use or access the Service, we automatically collect your information. The information to be covered is as follows.

    Registration Information and Profiles: We will allow the end user to use your mobile number or a third party platform account to register in the Product and create an account. When you create an account, we may collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, gender, date of birth, username, password, email address, picture, or phone number and so on. We also collect the information from the third party account which can be used to identify you.

    Log Information: We record user’s information such as browser type, language, access time, user’s IP address, etc. when you use the Service.

    Device Information: We automatically receive and record additional information about your device, such as device model, operating system, mobile network information.

    Location Information: The location information of the device can be collected to facilitate utilization.

    Tracking Technology: We can use various technologies to improve Service and user’s usability, and collect information about user’s web trends.
